Deborah Milbauer is running for the Board of Health to bring her expertise and deep commitment to public health to the Milton community. She believes that health and wellness should be at the center of decision-making to ensure the best quality of life for all residents. With 30+ years of experience in community public health, Deborah has led programs focused on behavioral health, overdose prevention, and expanding access to community health resources. She teaches Public Health at Northeastern University and has served as an expert consultant for multiple Massachusetts Department of Public Health coalitions.
A proud Milton resident for 23 years, Deborah lives with her husband, Corey Dolgon, and their two daughters—Bailey, a senior at Fordham University, and Ruby, a senior at Milton High School. She has a strong record of community service as a Town Meeting Member (Precinct 4), a longtime collaborator with the Milton Health Department, and a board member of the Milton Coalition and the Partnership for a Healthy Milton. She is also an active member of the Pine Tree Brook Neighborhood Association, where she recently authored a successful Community Preservation grant for ecological restoration. Deborah is ready to roll up her sleeves and continue advocating for a healthier, safer, and more vibrant Milton.
